About
The Callander Bay Heritage Museum relates the cultural heritage of the Town of Callander, the local area, and Lake Nipissing. Located in the former home of Dr. Allan Roy Dafoe, the museum also showcases the human history of Dr. Dafoe and the lives of the Dionne Quintuplets. The Alex Dufresne Gallery features art works and artisan crafts from the North Bay / Callander region. New exhibitions are presented from March through December, with rotating gallery openings and artist presentations. The Museum and Gallery gift shop features the works of local authors and artisans. Local tourist information is also available. An excellent source for regional cultural works!
